Madden 21 arrives PS5 and Xbox Series on December 4

The wait has finally come to an end, EA Sports has finally announced that Madden 21 will be released on the new generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S on December 4, 2020, so we will have to wait for little more than one month to its arrival. 

The renowned American football simulator will use all the technologies and advantages of the new generation to offer a much more realistic and immersive experience to all its loyal fans who have maintained this franchise as one of the best-selling in the video game industry in the United States. 

Likewise, Electronic Arts assured that they will take full advantage of the possibilities of the DualSense Controller of PlayStation 5 since its haptic capabilities allow to create much more precise gameplay that will give the player unique sensations in each game. 

PS4 and Xbox One users will have a free upgrade on PS5 and Xbox Series. 

Similarly, EA Sports has announced that all players who have purchased Madden 21 for PS4 or Xbox One will be able to redeem the PS5 or Xbox Series version of the game at no cost. 

For example, PlayStation 5 users who have had the game on their PS4 just need to sign in with their account on the console and head to the PS Store to download the game for free. The same is the case for Xbox Series users, they will need to log in and go to the store to download the game without any cost. 

Also, EA clarified that this option will only be available before the launch of Madden 22, so this advantage will be completely discontinued after the next iteration of the saga hits stores.
